We’re now seeking a commercial, strategic CFO to help lead this next chapter — from growth capital to exit planning.
Role Overview
This is a critical board-level appointment. As CFO, you will lead all aspects of finance, commercial strategy, investor relations, and capital structuring. You’ll play a key role in supporting our scaling ambitions, driving operational efficiency, and preparing for future liquidity events.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on growth, risk, and value creation
- Build and scale the finance function for a high-growth, multi-site operation
- Drive KPI-led performance culture across the business
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead capital raising strategies (debt and equity) to support rapid expansion
- Manage investor relationships and reporting
- Support M&A strategy, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions
Financial Control & Planning
- Own all financial reporting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
- Ensure robust budgeting, compliance, and tax efficiency
- Oversee cash flow planning and covenant management
Commercial & Operational Finance
- Partner with Ops and Tech to optimise unit economics and pricing strategies
- Support data-driven decisions using insights from automation tools and SaaS dashboards
- Play a role in property finance and refinancing of freehold sites
Key Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 7+ years post-qualification experience
- Prior experience as CFO or FD in a PE-backed, multi-site, or real estate-heavy business
- Strong grasp of property finance, M&A, and scaling recurring-revenue models
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment
- Prior exit, IPO, or major fundraising experience is a strong advantage

We're looking for a highly driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, dominate local SEO rankings across the UK, and elevate Pink Storage as the number one brand in containerised self-storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver Pink Storage's marketing strategy across digital, SEO, PR, and brand
- Develop and execute a best-in-class local SEO strategy to ensure every site ranks #1 for its market
- Oversee content strategy, on-page and technical SEO, structured schema, and reviews management
- Build and scale link-building and outreach campaigns to drive authority and rankings
- Manage and grow PR exposure, securing coverage in industry and mainstream publications
- Lead Pink Storage's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Analyse data and reporting to track marketing performance, ROI, and conversion rates
- Manage external partners, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Support new site launches with tailored marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven marketing leadership experience (SEO and digital focus)
- Demonstrable track record of ranking local and national websites #1 in Google
- Deep knowledge of local SEO, content optimisation, link building, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with PR, outreach, and digital brand growth
- Strong understanding of paid vs organic growth levers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present strategies and results to the board
- Ability to provide references that validate results and campaigns delivered

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Operations Manager to help keep our sites running smoothly day-to-day.
The Role
This is a practical, field-based role focused on the day-to-day operation of our storage sites. You'll travel between locations ensuring sites are clean, safe, secure, and fully operational, working closely with head office and contractors where needed.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the ground, working independently, and taking pride in well-maintained sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operational management across multiple Pink Storage sites
- Cleaning storage units, yards, and communal areas
- Locking and unlocking units as required
- Carrying out routine site inspections (gates, fencing, lighting, CCTV)
- Completing minor maintenance and basic repairs
- Preparing units ready for new customers
- Supporting site security and access control
- Identifying and reporting damage, defects, or maintenance issues
- Liaising with contractors when required
- Ensuring all sites meet Pink Storage brand, safety, and operational standards
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on, practical individual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, logistics, or site operations (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively
- Basic DIY / maintenance skills preferred
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Representative with proven self-storage industry experience to drive outbound sales performance and help build a scalable, high-performing sales function.
This is a hands-on senior role, suited to someone who can both deliver results personally and lay the foundations for a full outbound sales team as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and convert outbound sales leads within the self-storage sector
- Deliver consistent performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries with a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Maintain high conversion rates through excellent objection handling and follow-up
- Provide daily reporting to senior management on activity, performance, and pipeline
- Contribute to sales process optimisation, scripting, and best practices
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of future outbound sales team members
- Act as a senior sales figure, setting standards for professionalism and performance
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in self-storage sales (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong outbound sales background (phone-based sales essential)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own performance remotely
- Experience reporting against KPIs and working to structured targets
- Ambition and capability to build and lead a sales team over time
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a fast-growth or multi-site self-storage operator
- Exposure to CRM systems and sales performance reporting
